Job summary

Zones is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide programs across multiple workstreams. You will define strategy, governance, and success criteria while partnering with executive stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with business goals and customer commitments.

You will mentor PMs, establish delivery standards, and provide visibility into program health. The role demands driving improvement and managing risks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in project and program management within enterprise, services, or multi-customer environments.
• Demonstrated success leading large, complex programs and portfolios with multiple stakeholders and interdependencies.
• Strong leadership and influence skills to drive alignment across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of service delivery operations, SLA-driven environments, and end-to-end execution models.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, ITIL are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead large-scale, enterprise programs and portfolios spanning multiple workstreams, teams, and functional areas.
• Define program strategy, delivery approach, success criteria, and governance models aligned to business and customer outcomes.
• Act as a strategic partner to executive and senior stakeholders, providing recommendations and insights to support decision-making.
• Provide functional leadership and mentorship to project managers and cross-functional teams; establish delivery standards and execution discipline across the PMO.
• Ensure executive-level visibility into program health, risks, dependencies, milestones, and customer impact through concise reporting.
• Proactively identify and manage enterprise risks, cross-functional dependencies, and systemic issues with mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery, operations, and project management practices.
• Partner with service delivery, supply chain, and operational stakeholders to ensure readiness and issue resolution.
• Support complex customer environments by aligning contractual commitments with operational execution.
