Job summary

Bestway Cement Limited is seeking an IT Support professional to maintain and monitor computer systems and networks, and to provide timely resolution of complex technical issues.

You will install and configure hardware and software, monitor systems, manage tickets, back up data, and assist with new solutions while collaborating with departments. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential, with CCNA/MCSE/Azure admin being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT.
• 2–4 years of IT technical support experience.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks; resolve software or hardware issues.
• Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support.
• Analyze logs to identify trends and potential issues.
• Support the implementation of new solutions and applications.
• Create accounts for new users and assist with passwords.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss technical requirements and service requests.
• Train end-users on new business support systems.
• Backup and restore data files and systems.
• Manage the ticketing system to ensure user needs are met by IT.
• Manage inventory and track IT assets.
• Collaborate with departments to provide technical support.
