Job summary

Logic Silicon invites an experienced Assistant Manager IT to Islamabad to lead office network, servers, and security systems. You will oversee backups, policy compliance, and vendor coordination while driving uptime and service excellence.

The role requires Linux server administration, Active Directory, cloud environments, and strong troubleshooting in a fast-paced tech environment. Immediate availability preferred in Islamabad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional hands-on experience in servers, network support, IT support, cloud administration, or a similar role.
• Strong practical expertise in Linux server administration, Active Directory, cloud environments, and enterprise networking.
• Proven proficiency in managing office networks, computer systems, routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Comprehensive understanding of data backups, network security protocols, and IT compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, inventory management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
• Professional availability for full‑time employment in Islamabad

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise network and IT systems across office environments.
• Manage and maintain Linux servers, Active Directory, cloud environments, and core network infrastructure.
• Administer office networks, computer systems, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
• Install, configure, update, and patch enterprise software and security systems.
• Oversee data backups, network security monitoring, and system performance optimization.
• Coordinate with external support teams, ISPs, and vendors for reliable connectivity.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection regulations.
• Maintain security protocols to protect data, endpoints, and servers.
• Manage inventory control for IT equipment and supplies.
