Job summary

Global SuperNova is seeking an IT support professional to keep our internal IT infrastructure running smoothly in Karachi. You will handle day-to-day support requests, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain laptops, workstations, and servers across the organization.

Responsibilities include routine server maintenance, backups, monitoring, managing user accounts and IT assets, and coordinating with vendors for repairs, warranties, and procurement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role
• Hands-on experience maintaining laptops, desktops, and servers
• Working knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments and networking basics
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, service-oriented attitude
