Job summary

The position also involves assisting in system upgrades, data security, backups, and working with ERP and digital tools to drive automation initiatives. Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in an IT support/administration role.
• Strong knowledge of networking software and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, ERP systems and security protocols will be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
