Job summary

HR POD Careers is seeking an IT Infrastructure Lead to oversee enterprise IT architecture, drive planning and continuous improvement across multi-site environments.

You will manage Windows and Linux servers, design and maintain network infrastructure, ensure security and resilience, and coordinate with vendors and procurement to deliver reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT infrastructure, including 3+ years in lead/manager roles.
• Hands-on Windows and Linux administration with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching.
• Experience with enterprise firewalls: Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Sophos, pfSense.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, others).
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, or Google Workspace.
• Exposure to infrastructure automation, monitoring, cybersecurity, and vulnerability management.
• Experience managing multi-site IT infrastructure and IT vendors.
• Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Experience establishing IT processes and ITIL-like service management.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems, or network administration, including 3+ years in an IT Infrastructure Lead, Manager, or similar leadership role.

• Technical ownership beyond day-to-day IT support, with the ability to independently make infrastructure decisions and plan for future requirements.


• Proactive identification and resolution of infrastructure, security, and operational risks, with a focus on improving IT processes, standardization, security, reliability, and efficiency.


• Ability to balance business requirements, security, performance, and cost.


• Strong coordination with management, technical teams, vendors, and procurement.


• Hands-on leadership with accountability for overall infrastructure operations and continuous improvement.
