Job summary

Zones IT Solutions is seeking a Field Dispatch Coordinator to ensure efficient and accurate execution of field work. You will train and onboard technicians, help prepare project manuals, and oversee pilot installations, quality checks, and supervisory tasks for the Field Services Team.

You will coordinate with the Project Management Office, support field technicians, manage escalations, route subcontractor work orders, and validate deliverables upon project completion while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience with PC systems, peripherals, software, and OS.
• Willingness to travel, including off-hours and overnight stays with notice.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience coordinating field/service delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch coordination for field technicians and engineers, ensuring efficient and accurate work.
• Prepare project manuals with topics like contact info, escalation procedures, scope, scripts, schedules, locations.
• Provide onboarding, training, and support for field technicians.
• Quality assurance checks and team assessments to ensure scope delivery.
• Handle escalations and serve as technical support resource.
• Route and manage subcontractor work orders.
• Validate deliverables for project closure.
