Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or messaging.
• Help customers select suitable IT products such as laptops, desktops, servers, and networking equipment.
• Prepare and send price quotations.
• Check product availability, pricing, and estimated delivery times.
• Coordinate with sales representatives, vendors, warehouses, and logistics teams.
• Resolve customer complaints, order issues, shipping delays, and returns.
• Create and update customer accounts and sales orders in CRM.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
