Dollar Industries (PVT) Limited is seeking an experienced Ink & Paint Production Manager to lead our ink and paint manufacturing operations, overseeing formulation, batch processing, quality control and on-time delivery.

You will develop innovative formulations, optimize viscosity and drying time, scale up from lab to production, drive continuous improvement in cost efficiency, and lead a skilled team while ensuring safety, quality control, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years in ink/paint/coatings manufacturing, with 2+ years in supervision.
Knowledge of ink/paint formulation, batch processing, and scale-up.
Strong leadership in production and team management.
Familiarity with quality control, batch records, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize ink formulations for various applications.
Conduct lab-scale testing and optimize viscosity, drying time, adhesion, color strength, and stability.
Scale up from lab to production and resolve commercialization challenges.
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and drive cost efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align products with market needs.
Maintain R&D documentation and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
