Job summary

Lucky Core Industries in Karachi seeks a Manager Technical – Specialty Chemicals to lead R&D, formulation optimization, quality systems, supplier relationships, and customer support across Textile and Adhesive Chemicals.

You will drive new product development, scale-up, process improvements, and technical training for customers and sales teams, partnering with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and external stakeholders to deliver reliable, compliant performance.

Qualifications

• Requires MSc/BE in relevant chemical fields and strong academic record.
• 10+ years total industry experience with at least 5 years in technical/R&D leadership.
• Experience in Textile Chemicals, Adhesive Chemicals or B2B specialty chemicals preferred.
• Exposure to supplier/partner management and customer management would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D and new product development initiatives, including formulation optimization and scale-up trials.
• Manage QC and QA activities to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Review testing protocols, approve batch releases, and drive continuous improvement in quality and testing.
