Job summary

Farbstoffe Intl in Pakistan's Punjab province is seeking a Printer Operator to run eco-solvent, UV, latex, DTF and textile digital printers. The role is hands-on from loading media to setting print parameters and daily machine maintenance.

You will monitor colour accuracy, perform calibration, troubleshoot jams, support finishing, meet production plans, and help minimise waste. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of digital printing experience and is comfortable working in shifts.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of digital printing experience.
• Basic knowledge of printer heads, ink systems and media types.
• Familiarity with RIP software such as Onyx, Wasatch or Maintop.
• Physically fit, able to work in shifts, detail-oriented and a fast learner.

Responsibilities

• Operate eco-solvent, UV, latex, DTF and textile digital printers.
• Load media such as vinyl, canvas, sticker, textile and backlit materials.
• Set print parameters, adjust speed and ink limits, and run the RIP workflow.
• Monitor colour during printing and report any banding or colour shifts.
• Perform daily maintenance: nozzle checks, head cleaning and capping.
• Assist finishing: trimming, cutting and lamination after printing.
• Meet production timelines and minimise waste.
• Report breakdowns and co-ordinate with technicians.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S).
