Printkraft Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager of Graphic Design with a Bachelor’s in Applied Arts and 8–10 years of hands-on experience to lead a skilled team of five in delivering high-quality graphic solutions.

You will drive creative direction, brand identity development, and oversee print production workflows, pre-press operations, color separation, and quality control to ensure brand standards are met under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Applied Arts with 8–10 years of hands-on experience.
• Experience leading a five-member design team.
• Expert in creative direction and brand identity development.
• Proficient in print production and pre-press within printing/packaging.
• Strong communication and MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of design trends and printing technologies.
• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of five graphic design professionals.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute creative direction for brand identity and packaging designs.
• Oversee pre-press operations including layout design, color separation, quality control, and print production optimization.
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw, and Heidelberg Prepress Systems to develop and finalize high-quality graphic layouts.
• Ensure all design projects comply with print and packaging industry standards, including material selection, ink usage, varnish applications, and soft proofing processes.
• Manage deadlines and workload to deliver projects efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality output.
• Review and improve print production workflows for better efficiency and reduced errors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate design requirements and feedback effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, software updates, and printing technologies to ensure the team uses best practices.
• Prepare reports on project status, quality issues, and team performance for management review.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to develop their technical skills and professional growth.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment with design goals and client expectations.
