Qualifications

• Experience in PU Direct Injection / Direct Pouring processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of PU Direct Injection / Direct Pouring production machines.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Supervise production staff and ensure compliance with safety regulations and SOPs.
• Prepare production reports and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
