UNOPS Pakistan is seeking a Project Management Support Specialist to assist in planning, coordination, and reporting across multiple infrastructure projects. The role focuses on ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with UNOPS standards.

The incumbent will work under the Infrastructure and Project Management Manager, support proposal development, and foster strong relationships with UN agencies, government partners, and other stakeholders to maximize project impact.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Masters degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive project management support to multiple ongoing projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Assist in coordinating project activities, resources, and information flow
• Prepare regular project status reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Assist in the development of project budgets and proposals
• Support stakeholder engagement and coordination with UN agencies, government partners, and other stakeholders
