UNOPS Pakistan is expanding its transactional HR services portfolio, seeking a Project Manager to lead HR service delivery and other transactional projects in a dynamic international environment, working with multidisciplinary teams and a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver results.

The role requires strong project management and HR operations knowledge, with a focus on process improvement and technology-enabled solutions to meet contractual commitments and UNOPS performance standards.

Qualificações

• Required: 4+ years of work in project management related to HR processes or HR operations and/or business partnering.
• Required: experience in HR operations or HR service delivery.
• Required: experience in project planning and implementation.
• Required: experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Required: experience leading or managing teams.
• Desired: knowledge of project management software tools.
• Desired: experience using automation, AI or data visualization to improve processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, complete and update the project implementation plan.
• Manage delivery of HR services within time, cost, scope, quality and risk parameters.
• Ensure HR service delivery complies with policies and standards.
• Coordinate with HR policies, procedures and organizational standards.
• Provide regular reporting and stakeholder updates.
• Support audits and knowledge management for continuous improvement.
