Job summary

UNDP Pakistan is seeking a Project Procurement Analyst based in Islamabad to plan, coordinate and manage procurement for development programmes. The role collaborates with technical and operations teams to ensure transparent procurement, competitive bidding, and compliant contract management.

Responsibilities include coordinating solicitations, evaluations, awards, vendor performance, and reporting, with a focus on infrastructure, ICT, and digital justice solutions in a donor-funded setting.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in a relevant field or a Bachelor’s degree with additional experience.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, contract management or related areas.
• Familiarity with UNDP procurement policies and donor-funded programmes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement planning and provide advisory support with designated team members.
• Coordinate procurement documentation, solicitations, evaluations and awards.
• Support contract award, administration and vendor performance monitoring.
• Handle complex procurement requirements including infrastructure and ICT equipment.
• Ensure procurement compliance, records, reporting and audits.
• Collaborate with technical, finance and programme teams to meet delivery timelines.
