Job summary

UNDP Pakistan is seeking a Project Procurement Analyst to plan, coordinate, and manage procurement for programme activities. You will work with technical and operations colleagues to ensure procurement is planned, documented, processed, and compliant with UNDP policies.

The role involves supporting procurement submissions, bid evaluations, contract administration, and risk mitigation for complex infrastructure, ICT, and digital solutions projects, in coordination with Country Office teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement planning for programmes, adhering to UNDP policies.
• Ability to coordinate with programme, financial and operations teams.
• Familiarity with infrastructure, ICT, and digital justice procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement planning and provide advisory support.
• Coordinate preparation and evaluation of procurement documents.
• Manage contract award, administration and vendor performance.
• Support complex procurement requirements across programmes.
• Ensure procurement compliance, records and reporting.
