UNOPS Pakistan seeks a mid-level Project Manager (Transactional HR Services) to lead HR service delivery projects in a dynamic international setting. You will manage project outputs, coordinate with HR teams, and ensure timely, compliant delivery aligned with contracts and standards.

The role emphasizes governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of HR processes, with strong collaboration across regions and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, project management or related field with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree in human resources, business administration, project management, development or related field with 2 years of relevant experience.
• HRM certificate (asset) and project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 / PMI) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and update the project implementation plan with milestones.
• Lead delivery of transactional HR services and ensure timely, client-focused execution.
• Embed sustainability, social/gender considerations, and environmental/economic aspects into projects.
• Monitor progress, manage variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with HR policies, procedures and organizational standards across teams.
• Engage stakeholders, manage communications and ensure handovers to closure.
• Provide quality control for project documents and outputs.
