Job summary

Genitech Genesis Solutions in Lahore is seeking a full-time, on-site Inbound Umrah Sales Representative to handle inbound inquiries, tailor Umrah itineraries, and close sales for the US market while working night shifts.

You will engage customers, recommend travel packages, manage CRM records, and strive to meet sales targets during a six-day workweek with a night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Able to work night shifts (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM).
• Able to work six days per week (Monday-Saturday).
• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
