Role Summary

We seek a results-driven Sales Executive to join our Islamabad office to grow the customer base through targeted outreach, partnerships, and excellent customer service. The role suits a motivated sales professional who understands travel products, local market dynamics, and the sensitivities of religious travel services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for Umrah packages and tourist visa services through calls, walk‑ins, and local outreach.
• Manage the full sales cycle: product presentation, quotation, negotiation, booking confirmation, and follow‑up.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, community groups, and partner vendors to increase referral business.
• Ensure all bookings comply with airline, immigration, and religious travel regulations and maintain accurate client records.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with operations and visa processing teams to ensure smooth customer experience from inquiry to completion.
