Job summary

Translation Empire PK in Islamabad is seeking a mid-level Training & Development Officer to design, implement, and evaluate training programs that boost employee skills and performance. You will partner with HR and department leads to identify learning needs and deliver engaging onboarding for new hires.

You'll manage training data in LMS, develop content and materials, track participation, and gather feedback to improve programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• 1–3 years in a training or development role.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS/e-learning.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of training programs and learning initiatives.
• Identify employee learning needs in collaboration with HR and departmental leads.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
• Track, record, and maintain training participation and completion data using LMS tools.
• Assist in developing training content, manuals, and digital learning materials.
• Gather and analyze post-training feedback to assess learning impact and areas for improvement.
• Ensure timely coordination and smooth delivery of training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Stay up to date with learning trends and suggest innovative approaches to improve employee development.
