Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping plan, implement, and evaluate training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform at their best.

This is a mid-level role ideal for candidates with some prior training experience who are looking to take the next step in their professional journey.

Certification (Preferred):

• HR or L&D certifications such as CIPD Level 3, SHRM-CP, or relevant short courses in instructional design or training.
