Job summary

Daraz is seeking a driven leader to manage the Multan Hub operations and surrounding cities, ensuring smooth logistics and high levels of customer service. You will develop and execute strategies to cut costs and boost efficiency while mentoring a team of Hub staff and LMPs.

The role requires coordinating with sort, linehaul, first-mile, commercial, and customer service teams to resolve operational issues. Strong vendor relationships and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in a leadership role in logistics/supply chain.
• Proven track record in team management and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and customer service best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Data-driven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Fluent in English and Urdu, with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Multan Hub and assigned cities.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
• Lead and motivate Hub staff and LMPs; provide training, coaching, and performance management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sort, linehaul, first-mile, commercial, CS) to align goals and address issues.
• Maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders for Alibaba International network integration.
• Monitor KPIs and develop action plans for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
