Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in process improvement, logistics operations, or performance management.

Responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies across logistics processes and implement improvements.
• Promote Lean principles in daily operations across the logistics network.
• Support projects to reduce costs and improve customer experience.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement countermeasures.
• Apply Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies to maintain standards.
• Collaborate across First Mile, Sortation, Line Haul, and Last Mile.
• Assist in staff training on excellence practices.
• Monitor KPIs via dashboards.
• Conduct quality audits at logistics sites.
• Support nationwide audits across Pakistan.
