Job summary

Daraz is seeking an Operations Manager for Last Mile and First Mile in Multan to manage daily LMP operations and monitor performance.

You will drive key KPIs such as OTH, efficiency, and COD compliance, and oversee attendance, productivity, backlog, and shipment aging.

Regularly visit LMP cities, audit partners and staff, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure SOP adherence while managing field travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, Last Mile, or delivery operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of MS Excel and operational reporting.
• Ability to travel for field operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily LMP operations and performance of First Mile and Last Mile.
• Ensure achievement of key operational KPIs, including OTH, Efficiency, Success Rate, Daily COD compliance, backlogs.
• Monitor DH attendance, productivity, carried, backlog, and shipment aging.
• Coordinate with LMP partners to resolve operational issues and ensure SOP compliance.
• Conduct regular visits to LMP cities to monitor performance, conducts audits, and partner/staff trainings.
• Daily COD monitoring, daily and weekly cash reconciliation, outstanding clearance.
