Cummins Inc. is seeking an HR time and attendance specialist to assist in accurate preparation, processing, and balancing of time data for payroll compliance. The role emphasizes data integrity, timely pay cycle support, and customer-focused service within a hybrid on-site environment.

You will work with UKG Pro WFM/Kronos and Excel to ensure accurate information and respond to inquiries while continuing to learn and adapt to evolving regulations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in payroll/timekeeping or HR support.
• 2+ years working with UKG Pro WFM/Kronos preferred.
• Proficient in Excel with attention to accuracy and data integrity.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Able to prioritize workload and meet payroll processing deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Assist with time and attendance system operation and monitoring.
• Respond to helpdesk inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Troubleshoot basic system issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Support payroll and time management processes to meet deadlines.
• Maintain process documentation and data accuracy for pay cycles.
