Cummins Inc. is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our global HR team.

You will administer and process payroll across multiple groups, ensuring data accuracy, tax calculations, and timely payments, using UKG Pro WFM/Kronos and other payroll systems. Key responsibilities include year-end processing, data preparation for GL and tax filings, continuous improvement of payroll processes, and delivering responsive support to sites and stakeholders.

Formación

• 1-3 years of UKG Pro WFM/Kronos experience.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a large organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and understanding of work and leave regulations.
• Professional attitude and strong communication skills.
• Able to prioritize workload and meet payroll processing deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Administers and processes payroll according to internal procedures.
• Ensures payments are calculated and paid accurately and timely; ensures proper calculation of taxes and deductions.
• Provides customer support to sites including off-cycle or replacement payments.
• Reviews data for general ledger entries and related reporting.
• Participates in data preparation for payroll tax returns and withholding forms.
