Job summary

Cybernet in Karachi is seeking a Senior Executive – HR Systems, Analytics & Process Improvement to drive digital transformation across the Human Capital Management function. You will manage HRMS, develop people analytics, and automate HR processes with AI-driven solutions to boost efficiency and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR Systems, HR Analytics, BI, HR Technology, or Process Improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, CS, IS, Business, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• Strong hands-on Python for automation, data analysis, and API integration.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, and advanced formulas.
• Hands-on experience in developing dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI.
• Experience working with HRMS/ERP platforms, including system administration, configuration, and testing.
• Knowledge of AI tools and their application in HR processes, analytics, and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the HRMS for reliability and data integrity.
• Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with stakeholders for HR system enhancements.
• Support integrations of HR systems with internal and third-party applications using APIs and automation technologies.
• Conduct UAT, prepare system documentation, and support deployment of new HRMS features.
• Design Python-based automation solutions to eliminate manual HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain interactive HR dashboards and reports using Power BI, Advanced Excel.
• Perform HR data validation, reconciliation, and quality audits.
• Apply statistical and correlation analysis techniques to HR metrics.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead automation initiatives through workflow optimization and AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver technology-driven HR projects within timelines.
• Monitor HR system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate timely resolution with vendors and internal support teams.
• Research emerging HR technologies, AI applications, and analytics trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance employee experience and HR effectiveness.
