Job summary

Value Engineering Pakistan is seeking a Manager People Operations to drive transformation and governance for a 750+ engineer workforce. The role leads HR digitization (ERP and employee records), policy compliance, and employee relations, while acting as the analytics engine producing engagement insights and workforce dashboards for executive decision-making.

The position requires a Master’s degree in HRM or MBA with 10+ years HR experience, including HR operations/analytics, and proficiency in

Qualifications

Masters degree in HRM, MBA or related field.
SHRM-CP/CIPD certification is preferred.
10+ years HR experience including 3+ years in HR operations/analytics for 500+ headcount.
Experience with HRIS/ERP implementation, digitization and policy compliance.
Knowledge of Pakistani labour laws and ISO/IEC 27001 people controls is a plus.
Advanced Excel and data visualization skills for executive-ready reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Lead HR transformation initiatives including ERP module development, testing and rollout across onboarding, probation, exit workflows.
Own digitization and audit-readiness of employee files with standardized documentation.
Operate HR policy suite and drive corrective actions for compliance gaps.
Design and analyze employee engagement surveys and translate findings for leadership.
Prepare leadership pulse reports and executive summaries on workforce sentiment and culture health.
Manage end-to-end employee grievance process with defined timelines and confidentiality.
Oversee disciplinary matters with fairness and labour law compliance.
Own end-to-end offboarding process including exit interviews and clearance.
Create dashboards and trackers for resignations, terminations, attrition, and headcount movement with monthly leadership reports.
Conduct post-hiring data analysis to inform talent acquisition and retention strategy.
