Job summary

The Value Engineering Pakistan is seeking a seasoned Manager People Operations to drive transformation of the People & Culture function for over 750 engineers. You will own HR digitization, policy compliance, employee relations, and off-boarding while serving as the analytics engine for engagement insights and dashboards informing executive decisions.

The role requires 10+ years in HR, with hands-on experience in HRIS/ERP, policy frameworks, and advanced data visualization to deliver

Qualifications

Master's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years HR experience with 3+ years in HR operations/analytics in large teams.
Experience implementing HRIS/ERP and ensuring policy compliance.
Knowledge of Pakistani labour laws; ISO/IEC 27001 people controls a plus.
Advanced Excel and data visualization to produce executive dashboards.

Responsibilities

Lead HR transformation initiatives and ERP module development with software team.
Digitize employee files, ensure audit-ready documentation throughout lifecycle.
Monitor policy compliance and drive corrective actions where gaps exist.
Design and analyze engagement surveys; provide leadership recommendations.
Prepare leadership pulse reports and workforce sentiment summaries.
Manage end-to-end employee grievance processes with timelines and confidentiality.
Oversee disciplinary matters and termination processes with fairness and legal compliance.
Own off-boarding processes and exit interviews with synthesis of attrition themes.
Build dashboards for resignations, terminations, attrition, headcount, and monthly reporting.
