Techloset in Faisalabad is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for engineering and support teams. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faisalabad, focusing on policy implementation, records maintenance, and compliance with labour laws.

You will coordinate hiring processes, support professional development, administer compensation and benefits, and collaborate with leadership on workforce planning

Qualificações

• Strong experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
• Knowledge of HR operations, employee documentation, policies, and labor law compliance.
• Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to plan and manage social media content, including content calendars, recruitment posts, and employer branding.
• Strong content writing, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems, social media platforms, and productivity tools.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in an HR Manager or senior HR role, preferably in the technology or services industry.
