Job summary

Lifetech Applications, a US-based digital agency with a Pakistan office, seeks an HR Manager to drive people programs, onboarding, policy development and compliance. You will analyze data to guide decisions, manage benefits operations, and partner across teams to enhance the employee experience.

You will work in Islamabad, coordinating insurance enrollments, exit processes, and vendor relations, while supporting cross-functional HR initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in an HR management role or similar required.
• Demonstrates solid judgement and experience assessing risk relative to the business.
• Demonstrates project management and change management experiences.
• Effective communication and problem solving skills.
• Experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams.
• Experience using data to identify insights that drive action.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate compensation and benefits programs to stay current with trends, practices and costs.
• Recommend enhancements to improve employee experience and market competitiveness.
• Perform analytics from internal and external sources and provide leadership with recommendations.
• Partner with internal and external teams to manage benefits changes and benefit operations.
• Manage employee insurance, implement gratuity and PF programs.
• Ensure compliance with Pakistan labor, employment and payroll tax laws; draft internal policies and communicate changes.
• Coordinate onboarding: new hire orientation, enrollment into insurance, sending first day logistics, equipment and swag.
• Conduct offboarding: exit interviews, data analysis on exits, and provide experience letters.
