Job summary

The Citizens Foundation is seeking a proactive coordinator to support the EVP HR Office. You will help translate HR priorities into structured actions by managing documentation, leading tracking efforts, and improving visibility on progress across teams.

In this role you will prepare leadership materials, consolidate inputs, and maintain engagement cadences within the HR organization. You will liaise with HR teams to ensure timely updates and smooth information flow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to consolidate information from multiple sources and analyze it into clear, actionable outputs.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and track EVP HR Office priorities with structured workplans, trackers and action items.
• Gather updates from HR teams, identify delays, and follow up to maintain alignment.
• Consolidate data and maintain updated information to support progress tracking.
• Liaise with intra-HR teams to align timelines and ensure smooth information flow across initiatives.
• Coordinate forums and meetings, prepare agendas, pre-reads, and document discussions.
• Maintain shared documentation and tracking tools to strengthen alignment across teams.
• Plan and execute the overall HR engagement cadence.
• Prepare presentations and briefing materials for leadership discussions, summarizing key updates.
