Job summary

Alkhair Foundation Lahore is looking for a Human Resources and Organizational Development Manager to lead HR policy design, payroll systems, and organizational effectiveness aligned with project strategy and country priorities.

The role covers recruitment, payroll, performance appraisal, training, compliance with legal and safety requirements, and strong government/NGO stakeholder relations to enable fast, ethical, and sustainable operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement HR strategy including recruitment, payroll, contracts and training.
• Set up and measure HR development systems.
• Monitor, report HR issues and development plans on schedule.
• Directly manage staff and ensure timely salaries, bonuses and appraisals.
• Control departmental expenses within approved budgets.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet HR objectives.
• Stay updated on HR theory and share insights with leadership.
• Contribute to HR strategy and performance with the executive team.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety, and legal policies.
• Audit and authenticate HR documents and salary statements.
• Maintain relations with Government and NGO partners.
• Plan and direct training for employees and senior managers.
