Job summary

The Citizens Foundation is seeking a Lead / AM – HR Formal Schools to shape and deliver the HR agenda for Formal Schools. You will lead projects, partner with the Senior Manager, and translate priorities into practical people solutions across central, regional, and school levels.

You will drive workforce planning, organisation design, and rewards programs, using data to address challenges and foster a connected HR partnership across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to HR business partnering, talent management, organisational development, or education-sector HR.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR/Business/Admin/Social Sciences or related field.
• Strong project management, data-driven analysis, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned workstreams to evolve the Regional HR structure and operating model.
• Research future Regional HR requirements and assess gaps between current and future state.
• Define role expectations, structure and capacity for Regional HR.
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Support governance framework, accountability and decision rights across the Regional HR model.
• Map interfaces between Regional HR and other HR teams to enable better partnerships.
• Support teacher hiring process improvements and induction programs.
• Collaborate on compensation framework design using market and internal insights.
• Contribute to succession planning and leadership pipelines.
• Assist workforce planning and organisation design projects, including school structures.
