Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain employee attendance, roster, leave, and payroll-related records.
• Process monthly payroll and verify salary, allowances, deductions, overtime, and arrears.
• Review attendance data and resolve discrepancies before payroll cut-off.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders and FlowHCM teams regarding payroll and attendance matters.
• Maintain accurate employee master data and payroll records.
• Prepare attendance and payroll reports for management and audit purposes.
• Respond to employee queries related to attendance, salary, deductions, and payroll.
• Ensure payroll processing is completed accurately and within the defined timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
