You will manage Indeed postings, coordinate interviews, assist in HR policy implementation, and help improve processes while maintaining confidentiality. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication are essential, with comfort working remotely when needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR experience, especially with recruitment processes.
• Proven experience using Indeed for job postings and candidate management.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable working remotely with virtual tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day HR operations including recruitment and onboarding.
• Manage Indeed job postings and optimize visibility.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate/hiring manager comms.
• Support HR with admin tasks, documents, and reports.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Collaborate to improve processes and engagement strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
