Job summary

Edversity, Pakistan’s outcome-driven technology education platform, is hiring Sales Associates in Islamabad. You will contact leads, explain programs, and guide students toward enrollment, while collaborating with marketing, admissions, and program teams to optimize the enrollment journey.

Ideal candidates communicate well in English and Urdu, are goal-oriented, and enjoy performance-based earnings. Freshers with strong communication may apply, with a fixed PKR 70,000/month salary plus 10%

Qualifications

• Strong communication in English and Urdu.
• Target-oriented and motivated by performance-based earnings.
• Experience in sales, admissions, customer support, or student recruitment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Speak with potential students and follow up with leads.
• Explain Edversity programs, fees, payment steps, and enrollment process.
• Convert leads into enrollments and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Coordinate with admissions and operations for onboarding.
