Job summary

Lipton Teas and Infusions is seeking an HR Operations Executive to join the People & Organization team for a 9-month maternity cover. This hands-on role focuses on talent acquisition, stakeholder engagement and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will own recruitment processes, coordinate interviews and onboarding, ensure accurate payroll inputs, maintain records, and support HR projects.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• A positive, collaborative mindset with a strong focus on delivering for the business.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure timely hiring.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand talent requirements and provide effective recruitment support.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, selection and onboarding activities.
• Provide accurate and timely payroll inputs, including new hires, exits, transfers and other employee changes.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee queries, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
