Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Staffing.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new employees.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring decisions.

Employee Relations:

• Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and promoting apositive work environment.
• Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
• Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in compliance with company policies and legalrequirements.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and organize learning initiatives to enhance employee skills andknowledge.
• Collaborate with department heads to create training programs aligned with businessobjectives.
• Performance Management:
• Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance on goal setting andperformance improvement plans.
• Monitor and assess employee performance, providing feedback and support to enhanceproductivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master'sdegree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Proven experience 3 years in HR roles, preferably in managerial or leadership positions.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
