We are seeking an experienced and people-focusedHR Manager to lead our human resources function. You will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance — ensuring that Pure Matrimony remains a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and frameworks that align withPure Matrimony’s mission and values.
• Overseeend-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding of new team members.
• Manageemployee engagement, retention, and professional growth initiatives.
• Driveperformance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
• Foster apositive work environment and culture where all employees feel respected and valued.
• Handleemployee relations and resolve workplace issues with discretion and empathy.
• Managepayroll coordination, compensation reviews, and benefits administration in collaboration with finance.
• Maintain and update HR documentation, employment contracts, and compliance with local labor laws.
• Identify and implementtraining and development programs to enhance skills and productivity.
• Support leadership inorganizational planning, structure, and culture-building initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an HR managerial or senior HR executive role.
• In-depth understanding ofHR operations,recruitment,employee engagement, andperformance management.
• Strong knowledge oflabor laws and HR best practices in Pakistan (and familiarity with international HR standards).
