Job summary

The Required Solutions invites applications for an HR Intern to support recruitment and daily HR operations. You will screen CVs, schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and assist with offer letters under the HR Manager's supervision.

This role operates in a target-driven environment with monthly hiring targets of 15–20 candidates, offering hands-on learning and development within the HR department and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field, or currently pursuing.
• Fresh candidates welcome; HR/recruitment experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic MS Office, Excel and Google Workspace knowledge.
• Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings and CV screening.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate follow-ups.
• Hire 15–20 candidates per month to meet targets.
• Collaborate with the HR Manager and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Maintain employee records, attendance and HR documentation.
• Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding/offboarding procedures.
• Provide recruitment updates and maintain hiring records.
