Job summary

Cybernet, part of the Lakson Group, is Pakistan’s leading FTTX provider seeking an HR Executive to manage talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll operations. The role covers HR operations, compliance, and data-driven HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a solid HR foundation, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and with the HCM team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in talent management or employee relations.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, payroll, benefits, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing and screening.
• Oversee onboarding and preboarding, documentation and benefits enrollment.
• Develop structured onboarding programs to boost engagement and retention.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and workplace regulations.
• Conduct investigations into employee grievances and disputes.
• Support performance appraisal processes and training needs analysis.
• Maintain HR records and ensure confidentiality and data integrity.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics on headcount and turnover.
• Coordinate payroll processes with Finance for timely salary disbursements.
