The candidate will handle job descriptions, postings, CV screening, interviews, salary negotiations within budgets, joining formalities, onboarding, attendance tracking, reviews, policy communication, and exit formalities.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on recruitment and HR operations experience.
• Experience with sales, call center, or production roles preferred.
• Strong interviewing and communication skills.
