Job summary

PostEx in Karachi is hiring a HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records.

You will support performance cycles, attendance, payroll coordination, recruitment activities, and HR policy compliance, leveraging HRIS/ERP and strong Excel reporting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR operations and practices.
• Experience with HRIS / ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR reporting.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills.
