Job summary

Nestlé is seeking an HR professional to support the HR Business Partner in executing people initiatives and HR programs aligned with Nestlé's people practices. This role involves onboarding coordination, talent acquisition support, employee engagement, and learning & development partnerships.

You will maintain HR dashboards, records, and people metrics, and serve as a primary contact for employees and managers on routine HR matters, ensuring compliance and execution excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR-related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
• 3–4 years of HR experience in recruitment, engagement, talent management, learning & development, or HR operations.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of core HR processes and employment practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HR systems.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy, compliance, and execution focus.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding by coordinating with hiring managers, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring compliance.
• Support talent acquisition strategies by managing sourcing channels and talent pipelines.
• Coordinate employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
• Assist with learning and development programs in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence.
• Maintain HR dashboards, reports, employee records, and people metrics.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on routine HR matters, resolving and escalating issues as needed.
