Job summary

Nestlé Pakistan in Sheikhupura is seeking an HR Payroll Associate to manage payroll activities, attendance, and employee records. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate payroll and compliant employee administration.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Finance/HR/Business and 1–2 years of payroll or HR administration experience, with strong communication and data accuracy skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Payroll, Employee Services, HR Administration, or related HR environment.
• Experience managing payroll processes and employee data preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll activities, resolve exceptions, and ensure timely payroll closure.
• Maintain employee records including joiners, movers, leavers, and workforce data in HR systems.
• Coordinate leave, attendance, shift schedules, and overtime through KRONOS and other HR platforms.
• Partner with Corporate Payroll, Employee Services, HR, Finance, and factory stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll and employee administration.
• Support employee queries related to payroll, benefits, provident fund, settlements, and statutory requirements.
• Contribute to a positive employee experience through accurate records management and responsive support.
