Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an HR Generalist to support performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development in a manufacturing environment. You will partner with line managers to address day-to-day HR queries, implement policies, and coordinate recruitment activities including onboarding and documentation.

You will also drive employee engagement initiatives, maintain confidential HR data and reports, and collaborate with Centers of Expertise to implement people

Qualifications

• Must have experience in HR functions including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, lifecycle processes, and recruitment workflows.
• Data-oriented with the ability to analyze HR metrics and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Support performance management, talent review, succession planning, and employee development processes.
• Partner with line managers and employees to address day-to-day HR queries and implement HR policies and initiatives.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding, documentation, and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, communication campaigns, recognition programs, employee events, and wellness activities.
• Maintain employee data, HR reports, and organizational records accurately and confidentially.
• Coordinate with HR Centers of Expertise to implement people initiatives and projects within the factory.
• Support health, safety and wellness initiatives through employee participation, communication, and tracking.
• Coordinate workplace security and facility-related activities while ensuring adherence to site protocols and safety requirements.
