Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a People Experience Advisor for a fixed-term role based at the Head Office and Plant. You will support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, drive onboarding excellence, and manage employee data, relations, and offboarding while ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to standardize processes and improve HR services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR operations/people experience/employee lifecycle.
• Hands on experience with HRIS, preferably Workday.
• Knowledge of Labor laws and HR compliance.
• Stakeholder management, problem solving skills, strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle to ensure a smooth and compliant experience for employees.
• Drive operational excellence across onboarding and employee data management.
• Handle employee relations and offboarding and other HR touchpoints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and data protection practices.
