Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a People Experience Advisor to support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes. The fixed-term role focuses on onboarding, data management, employee relations, offboarding, and other HR touchpoints to ensure a compliant and engaging employee experience.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HR or related field and 2–4 years of HR operations experience, with hands-on Workday HRIS exposure and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in HR operations/people experience/employee lifecycle
• Hands on experience with HRIS, preferably Workday
• Knowledge of Labor laws and HR compliance
• Stakeholder management, problem solving skills, strong communication

Responsibilities

• Own development of standard operating procedures and drive standardization.
• Provide input for training materials and ensure compliance with policies and the law.
• Analyze exceptions and recommend process improvements.
• Lead sustainable continuous improvement for the team.
